Drew Ritter

Owner / President

Drew Ritter has been part of Advantage TeleMessaging since 1994, starting on day one as an agent on the phones at the company founded by his mother. Over the years, Drew has worked every position and shift within the organization, giving him a hands-on understanding of the operational, technical and customer service side of the business.

In 2008, Drew purchased the company and began leading its evolution from a traditional answering service into a modern communications operation that still feels personal, approachable and relationship-driven. Today, Advantage TeleMessaging supports more than 1,000 clients throughout the United States and Canada while continuing to combine modern communication technologies with real human support and a people-first approach to customer service.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and passion for innovation, Drew remains actively involved in the company’s operations, technology initiatives and long-term growth strategy while staying committed to the family-oriented culture that helped build the business.

Natalie Fulton

Operations Manager

With more than 20 years of experience in the telemessaging industry, Natalie Fulton has become what many at Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc. jokingly refer to as the company’s “Swiss Army knife.” From workforce coordination and scheduling to live operational support, training and client service, Natalie plays a key role in keeping the company running smoothly around the clock.

Known for her hands-on leadership style, strong organizational skills and calm approach to problem solving, Natalie works closely with agents, dispatchers and clients to help ensure calls are handled professionally, efficiently and in line with each client’s unique needs and expectations.

Having spent decades in the industry, Natalie understands that great customer service goes beyond simply answering calls. Her focus on consistency, teamwork and operational support has helped shape the people-first culture that continues to define Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc. today.

Operations Manager

With nearly 20 years of experience in the telemessaging and customer service industry, Nikki Floriani has helped guide the continued growth and operational success of Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc. As Operations Manager, Nikki works closely with both clients and team members to help ensure a smooth, responsive and professional experience for callers around the clock.

Known for her attention to detail, reliability and problem-solving abilities, Nikki plays an active role in employee support, scheduling, quality assurance and day-to-day operational coordination. Her experience and leadership help the team navigate everything from busy call volumes to complex client workflows with consistency and care.

Nikki takes pride in fostering a supportive team environment while helping maintain the high standards of service and personal attention that clients have come to expect from Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc.
