We have taken the initiative to enroll in certain programs which enable us to monitor our operators' performances and fix any problematic areas of concern for the benefit of our clients. We have partnered with ATSI (Association of TeleServices International) to test the skill and professionalism of our company through the use of mystery callers. With these unannounced, random calls, we can score our operators on their strengths and even pinpoint and correct areas that need improvement.

The Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) offers a beacon of merit which we all strive to achieve. Through their Award of Excellence program, answering services and call centers are presented with the opportunity to show what they are capable of and to set the benchmark in excellence by providing superior customer service to their clients.
When an answering service enrolls in the Award of Excellence program, they are tested against all of the industry standards. Random calls are placed to each participating location by a licensed ATSI representative. During the calls, the operators are scored on their overall performance by the level of their customer service skills. This enables participating answering services and call centers to address any weaknesses they find and to resolve those issues immediately.

Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc. also participates in the Agent Certification Program. This is designed and formulated for the Telephone Answering Service (TAS) industry. Through this program, we can certify and accredit our Telephone Service Representatives to further advance their customer service knowledge and skill.
The Agent Certification Program tests our agents with the well respected TAS Platform which is accredited by our industry. Successful candidates will have demonstrated exceptional performance in the follow areas:
- Complete testing under the Interactive Training Program
- Successfully pass a comprehensive written examination of Call Handling skill sets
- Exceed expectations on an oral interview test comprising of customer service issues and crisis calls with a certified examiner
Advanced agents who have successfully completed the Agent Certification tests are carefully selected to participate in the Supervisor Certification Program. If an agent is chosen, it is because their manager feels that they exude leadership skills, strong mentoring abilities, and valued support to the rest of the Telephone Service Representatives.
Agents selected for the Supervisor Certification Program will be presented with a battery of obstacles and strenuous case studies that they must complete without error. This not only tests the agents' knowledge, but their characters as well.
